I support trauma survivors in reconnecting with their bodies and inner strength through a compassionate, body-based approach. I use EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, and Brainspotting to help clients heal from painful experiences at a nervous-system level—not just through talk therapy. My goal is to create a space where you feel deeply seen, safe, and empowered.
