I tend to partner with clients in long-term, insight-oriented therapy. Through our work together, we will be curious about what your mind is trying to communicate about your personal history, relational patterns, and unconcious desires. My individualized approach works just as well with adults, teens, and children as young as 3 years old.

My goal is to help you develop a more flexible, compassionate self-image. Together, we'll explore your relational patterns and break down inherited scripts of how your life should look. As we uncover new thoughts and feelings, you will find yourself with more agency, empowerment, and self-compassion.

My practice is fueled by warmth, empathy, and directness. I also believe that therapy needs room for playfulness, humor, and creativity so we can hold all that you contain with nuance, truth, and levity. There is no one-size-fits-all model, and we will work together to find what is most supportive and effective for you.

I frequently work with children and young teens. I use child-centered play therapy to help kids express what they cannot yet put into words to understand their emotional world. I also work with adults who appear successful on the outside, but still feel that something essential is missing.

I love this work and I work hard for my clients. I frequently use metaphors or symbolic descriptions, and try to be plainspoken about complicated therapeutic concepts. My work with children is informed by my work with adults and my work with adults is always informed by my work with children, soI love working with "old soul" kids and playful adults.
