My path to becoming a therapist was shaped by my own experiences of adversity and personal growth. Exploring the deeper patterns beneath my own struggles transformed the way I understood myself and the possibilities for change. Being part of that process is both deeply meaningful to me and the foundation of my work.

I have over 10 years of experience working with people in inpatient treatment and private practice. I also have experience and enjoy working with medical doctors, therapists, creatives, high achievers, the spiritually-curious, and people going through major life transitions and personality shifts.
