The approach I most commonly use with my client is Person-Centered, Motivational Interviewing and Trauma Informed approach.

Working together on your stressors, thoughts, and needs no topic is out of bounds.

As a therapist, I would describe myself as someone who is patient, understanding, and nonjudgmental.

My niche is to work with people who have experienced trauma, whether this is PTSD, CPTSD, religious trauma or trauma related to cults. I also work with people dealing with anxiety, stress, adjustment issues and cultural stressors.

Many reasons including altruism, making a difference in people's lives and in society and being there for others when they feel alone and unseen.

Having lived in 3 different countries has gifted me the insight of different cultures and different perspectives. I love what I do and I'm grateful to all of my clients as they continue to trust me in their quest of becoming their own best version.
