I've always been fascinated by human development and the ways our earliest relationships shape who we become. I became a therapist because I believe there is something deeply meaningful about being invited into another person's story and helping them make sense of it with compassion.

My background in human development has shaped the way I understand people across every stage of life. I bring a relational, trauma-informed perspective to my work, informed by attachment and Interpersonal Neurobiology, and I often incorporate mindfulness, journaling, creativity, and other experiential tools.
