Melanie Simms

My approach is tailored to the needs of each client. I work collaboratively to set goals, check in frequently regarding progress, and encourage feedback throughout the therapeutic relationship. I utilize a variety of techniques and heavily incorporate themes of self-acceptance and self-compassion in my work. I believe that every human is capable of change.

Together we will take steps toward being the person you've always wanted to be! Whether that's healing from childhood trauma, building stronger and healthier relationships, or developing strategies for coping with symptoms - together we will make progress.
