I became a therapist to help individuals who have experienced traumatic events by guiding them on their journey toward healing. After working as a director at a mental health agency, I returned to my passion—working with clients. I commonly use EMDR, a therapy that helps the brain reprocess traumatic or distressing memories. It’s proven effective for trauma, anxiety, and depression. Together, we’ll build trust, develop coping skills, and work toward healing and lasting change.
