I work with emotionally sensitive individuals struggling with trauma, overwhelming emotions, and anxiety to help them to reach long-term healing. I use a blend of IFS, ACT, and Somatic Therapy to help you reach a life you value.

are struggling to process past experiences and may now be experiencing anxiety, relationship issues, or existential concerns, and who may be questioning their relationship with substance use.

of the "aha" moments that I get to share with clients as they better understand their experiences and engage meaningfully in their lives.
