My approach is nurturing, compassionate, intuitive, and grounded in evidence-based practice. With couples, I use Emotionally Focused Therapy to help couples who love one another deeply, yet feel like they are missing each other.

Explore what brought you to therapy in a warm, non-judgemental environment. Acknowledge what you're feeling and explore why it makes sense. Help you work toward feeling more secure and connected to your partner and/or yourself.

Couples who love each other, but feel disconnected and want to feel seen, understood and valued by their partner. Moms who want to find peace with their changing lives and bodies and feel less overwhelmed and more confident in themselves.

I love connecting with people. It's such an honor and so meaningful to hear people's stories and be able to offer compassion and acceptance.

I bring a lot of empathy to my work with couples and moms from my own experience as a parent. I care deeply about my work and about my clients!
