I treat anxiety, OCD, and phobia using evidence based skills, which means we don't just talk about the anxiety, we actually do the work to change your relationship with it. I work with high-achievers and perfectionists to overthink less and live more.

Together, we'll figure out what's driving the anxiety and build a game plan to help you feel less controlled by it. We'll do the uncomfortable stuff on purpose, because that's how the brain learns it can handle more than it thinks, but we'll go at a pace that makes sense for you.
