I use two approaches. First is EMDR, due to the positive impact it has produced in the clients' results after each session. The second is Motivational Interview. It empower the client to find solutions though resource they already possesses.

I work with individual, companies, and family. This includes individuals who are 17 to 90 years of age. I work with all ethnicity, cultural backgrounds, sexual preferences, and socioeconomic identity.

I became a therapist because:

Over 45 years ago, while at college, I found a love for helping people solve their problems.

I am a clinical therapist with a License as a Professional Counselor, My degrees and certification are MA, MBA, LPC, EMDR, NCC (he, him). I have truly enjoyed my 40 plus years of helping people and empower them to have a successful future.
