Create a safe space to share the "unspeakable" parts of your experiences - grief, anxiety, depression, abuse - and give permission to every aspect of what you're going through, while developing skills for maintaining safety and positive progress.

I specialize in working with people who:

Are ages 12+ who are ready and willing to engage in the hard but rewarding work of healing, finding their way through grief, anxiety, depression, postpartum, or transitions in life or military challenges to increase personal growth and competence.

I became a therapist because:

My grief journey- through deaths and abuse- have helped me understand the complexities of these challenges and desire to be a safe space for clients.

I know how difficult it can be when life is heavy and overwhelming to reach out and engage in therapy, especially for the first time or after having harm done by a previous therapist, but I would be honored to walk with you on this journey!
