Are ages 12+ who are ready and willing to engage in the hard but rewarding work of healing, finding their way through grief, anxiety, depression, postpartum, or transitions in life or military challenges to increase personal growth and competence.

I, too, have experienced grief and anxiety and know the loneliness that can exist so I want to be a safe, open space for these experiences.

I know how difficult it can be when life is heavy and overwhelming to reach out and engage in therapy, especially for the first time or after having harm done by a previous therapist, but I would be honored to walk with you on this journey!
