I became a therapist because therapy changed my life in ways I deeply needed. I experienced firsthand how powerful it is to feel truly seen, supported, and safe, and I strive to offer that same kind of care to others as they heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves.

I offer in-person therapy in Colorado Springs and online therapy across Colorado. I work with adolescents and adults using trauma-informed approaches including EMDR, parts work, attachment-based, and somatic therapy. My work is gentle, paced, and focused on helping you feel safer, calmer, and more grounded.
