I strive to create a safe and nonjudgmental space where you can feel accepted and heard. My goal is to provide you with the tools and resources you need to live a more fulfilled life, finally free from the past.

Together, we will help you identify where you feel stuck in your life, examine what you are carrying from the past that is weighing you down, and learn tools to help regulate your mind and body. Together, we can make healing possible.

My clients describe me as authentic, warm, empathetic, and validating. I am to provide a safe and collaborative space for clients.

Many of my clients come to me struggling with trauma and anxiety. Others are frozen by depression. You may feel shame or guilt about what you've been through. I know that feeling can overwhelm you. I also know that with the right help, you can feel better. By processing trauma using brain-body approaches, clients can start living again.
