Through a psychodynamic lens, we'll explore how your inner world, including your history, relationships, and beliefs about yourself, shapes what you experience today. As trust builds, I'll gently challenge the idea that you need to be "fixed" and help you notice the ways you're already whole.

Clients describe me as kind, grounded, a little whimsical, and able to "keep it real." I'll hold steady and compassionate with you while we find the way forward together.

I became a therapist because I've seen, again and again, what happens when someone is met by a compassionate witness. Attunement, empathy, and humble curiosity can bring the smallest spark of hope back to life. It's a privilege to offer that kind of connection to others.

In my free time, I love being in nature, spending time in community, anything creative, and snuggling up at home with my fur family: two cats and a high-energy supermutt.
