I believe that just because you may feel alone does not mean you have to go through challenges alone. I work from a strengths based lens and provide collaborative support during a time when things feel unmanageable. I have spent two decades working at the intersection of medicine and mental health and I am highly skilled at supporting folks in these areas.

I work with every client to process their emotions, make space for all the hard things that come with their current medical care while also providing solution focused support to make folks health/medical journey feel less lonely and easier to get through.

I create an environment that is warm and welcoming. I believe that authenticity, compassion and humor are vital to making it through difficult times and this comes through naturally in my counseling sessions.
