I have a special focus on working with people who share experiences or identities connected to autism, multicultural or multiracial backgrounds, veteran and military life, and parenting.

I became a therapist because I care deeply about how identity, culture, and community shape our mental health.. My goal is to help people feel seen in all their complexity and supported as they build lives that reflect their true values.
