I special in working with teens experiencing social anxieties as well as young adults who are continuing to navigate the transition to adulthood. I specialize in helping those with deep-rooted trauma from both past and recent events.

I became a therapist because of an inspiration to help people like my father who was a doctor, as well a desire to truly understand others.

I grew up in New York and came to Colorado to pursue my passion for therapy. Since graduating and becoming licensed, I've been offering mental health services for various populations in elementary schools, residential facilities and private practice.
