Eunice McKinnon

My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on your individual needs, experiences, and goals. I draw from different evidence-based approaches and tailor therapy to what feels most helpful for you. I use a trauma-informed approach and am especially passionate about working with immigrants and the Latino community.

Together, we will create a space to explore what you’re going through, understand what you need. I believe self-awareness and understanding ourselves can be an important part of healing, and I enjoy helping clients make sense of their experiences, recognize patterns, and better understand what they may be feeling and why.

My clients would describe me as warm, caring, patient and empowering. I strive to make therapy a space where they feel comfortable, heard, and understood.
