My clients have described me as genuine, direct, gentle, accepting, and nonjudgmental. I am warm while also prioritizing accountability.
Being neurodivergent myself allows me to offer a safe, understanding, and validating space for individuals who may not feel fully seen or understood in traditional therapeutic settings.
I often offer somatic/body connection skills, art/creative interventions, mindfulness/meditation practices, and EMDR with focus on rehabilitating the connections between the mind, body, and spirit/environmental energies.
I love working with folks navigating trauma/PTSD, ADHD, autism, anxiety, dissociation, OCD, PDA, and other neurodivergences. I specialize in working with trauma as well as neurodiversity in youth and adults.
Nothing has ever felt more natural to me than helping others. As a therapist, my deep empathy can intentionally focus on supporting those in pain.
I offer therapy virtually and in-person at the Stover Mansion in Fort Collins. Here I offer a comfy and private space to settle in.
You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin this journey—often it’s the uncertainty itself that brings people to therapy. My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel supported and heard, regardless.
