Many of the people I work with are trying to figure out who they are after a major life change. My approach is warm, practical, and collaborative. We'll spend time understanding what's keeping you stuck, and we'll also focus on helping you make meaningful changes that align with your values and the person you want to become.

Together we'll make sense of the patterns that keep showing up in your life, develop tools to manage anxiety and overwhelm, and create space for you to make decisions that feel true to who you are. Whether you're navigating a faith transition, identity questions, trauma, or a major life change, you won't have to figure it out alone.

My clients often describe me as calm, genuine, easy to talk to, and nonjudgmental. I create a space where people can talk openly about things they've never said out loud before. While I'm warm and supportive, I'm also focused on helping you create real change. Not just talking about problems, but finding ways forward.

I specialize in working with people who feel stuck between who they were expected to be and who they actually are. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, faith transitions, religious trauma, LGBTQ+ identity exploration, or major life changes. They often aren't sure how to move forward in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.

I became a therapist because I've seen how powerful it can be when people have space to understand themselves without judgment. My own experiences taught me that growth isn't just insight; it's about learning how to respond differently and build a life that feels true to you.
