My approach draws on Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), which emphasizes creating secure, trusting, and emotionally responsive relationships. In our work together, we will seek to better understand your communication patterns and foster a deeper understanding of each partner’s needs and how to express them safely and securely.

In couples therapy, we will enhance communication skills and deepen emotional connection. I'm looking to help establish trust and security, as well as identify and break unproductive communication cycles. I am also here to support couples as they navigate the complexities and emotional weight that comes with raising a child with a disability.
