My approach is to tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs, goals, and stage of life. My goal is to create a warm, non-judgmental space where you or your child can feel safe, heard, and valued. Therapy is a place where you do not have to explain yourself perfectly or have all the answers; we move at a pace that feels supportive and respectful.

My hope is that through our work together, you or your child will feel safer in yourselves, more empowered, and more confident in your voice; carrying forward a deeper sense of resilience, self-worth, and the light you bring into the world.

I use appropriate humor to ease tension, while also offering thoughtful reflection to gently interrupt patterns that may no longer be serving you. Therapy with me is collaborative and supportive, balancing emotional understanding with practical skill-building to encourage meaningful change.
