Something to know about my approach is that it’s queer-affirming, trauma-informed, and grounded in safety. I use narrative therapy, somatic practices, and liberation-focused work to help clients untangle harmful messages, reconnect with themselves, and honor their full identity.

Together, we will create space to process the pain of religious trauma, family or community rejection, and the impact of oppressive systems. We’ll explore your story, challenge shame, and work toward reclaiming your voice, identity, and freedom to live authentically.

I specialize in working with people who are navigating religious trauma, faith deconstruction, and spiritual abuse, as well as LGBTQIA+ clients seeking affirming therapy. Many of my clients are ex-evangelical or from high-control faith backgrounds and are seeking healing, empowerment, and self-acceptance.
