I don't do one-size-fits-all therapy. I pull from several approaches, including EMDR, IFS, Gottman, and ACT, because I believe the work should fit you, not the other way around. I'm warm and direct, I bring my whole self into the room, and I believe real healing happens in the relationship, not just the techniques.

Explore what's happening beneath the surface. Not just the anxiety or the conflict or the numbness, but the patterns, stories, and experiences underneath it. We'll work at your pace, in a space where you don't have to manage anyone else's feelings or perform okayness. You'll leave with insight into yourself and REAL tools to tolerate the highs and lows.

Held Therapy is a virtual practice serving adults and couples in Colorado and Ohio. I work with anxiety, trauma, maternal mental health, life transitions, grief, and relationship struggles. I'm in-network with Aetna and United Healthcare, and I offer a free 15-minute consultation for anyone wondering if we might be a good fit.
