We'll work together to identify patterns, build coping tools, and create boundaries that support balance. You can expect more calm, confidence, and self-compassion that allows you to move freely through your emotions and take action that feels aligned to your wants and needs.

I help anxious and high-achieving women let go of people-pleasing and perfectionism to find peace. Often my clients come to me with some previous experience in therapy having made some progress, but still struggling to find the internal change they're longing for.

I support clients at various stages of life from young adults navigating the demands of college through to those making the transition from active motherhood into empty-nesting.
