I provide in-person therapy in Longmont, and telehealth across Colorado for adults struggling with anxiety, overthinking and relationship problems, people who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, anxious, burned out, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. Many are navigating trauma.

My own experiences taught me that growth often emerges from struggle. I became a therapist to help people better understand themselves, navigate life's challenges, and reconnect with their own strengths, values, and sense of purpose.
