My approach is holistic, integrating mindfulness with movement to treat stress in the body to heal the whole person. This looks different for each person, and gentle guidance will be provided with warmth and encouragement to provide a safe space allowing you to feel seen and heard as you progress in your healing journey.

I became a therapist because growing up, I never knew who I could safely ask for help. Struggling to feel understood by those around me, I tried my best to give what I most needed to receive: complete acceptance. Today, my practice is built on offering that exact unshakeable, affirming space to you.
