I believe in creating a safe and non-judgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, I see each client as an individual with their own story, needs, and pace. Rapport comes first for me, because real growth happens when you feel truly heard and understood

Together, we will start with you feeling heard right away. We'll focus on building connection and learning your story, not rushing toward a checklist of goals. There's no timeline on your healing, because I don't think it should feel like a race.

My clients often describe me as someone they can talk to like a friend, someone who makes an hour together feel easy, and then they look back and realize just how much growth happened in that conversation.

I specialize in working with older teens and young adults who are navigating self-esteem struggles, anxiety, relationship challenges with peers, family, and romantic partners, and the many transitions that come with this stage of life.

I am passionate about being a therapist because I love connecting with each client, hearing their story, learning what makes them who they are, and watching them grow into the most authentic version of themselves.
