My approach to therapy is practical, supportive, and focused on helping you feel more steady in your daily life. Through CBT, DBT, and somatic skills we work together to understand emotions, manage stress, and build tools that actually help outside of sessions. I pay attention to how emotions show up in the body and focus on safety, pacing, and real change.

Together we will create a space where you feel heard and supported while learning how to manage emotions, reduce stress, and understand yourself more deeply. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you and focus on building lasting changes you can carry into daily life.

I specialize in working with people who feel stuck after past therapy experiences, those who’ve hit roadblocks and want a deeper understanding of themselves so they can create real, lasting change in their lives. I do a lot of work with ADHD diagnosis especially in women, and later in life ADHD diagnosis.

I became a therapist because I know firsthand how powerful therapy can be. The support I received growing up shaped my life, and I feel honored every day that clients trust me enough to share their inner world and let me walk alongside them as they create positive change.

Therapy with me is active and goal-oriented while still making space for reflection and emotion. I prioritize creating a safe, respectful environment where you can be honest about what’s working, what isn’t, and what you want to change.
