The women I work with can name what everyone around them needs and go blank when asked what they need or want. That is what happens when you're valued by how much you give. I use feminist, trauma-informed therapy to help you hear your own voice again, set limits without apologizing, & stop asking permission to have needs and desires beyond caring for others.

Start where you actually are, not where you think you should be. We'll get clear on what's draining you, name the patterns you learned in order to survive, and build skills that hold up in real life. Some sessions are practical. Some are hard. All keep you in control of moving your life in a better direction.

Warm and direct. I sit with you in the hard parts without rushing you out of them, and I tell you the truth when you ask for it. Women often say our sessions are the one hour a week they don't have to perform, manage anyone else's feelings, or be the strong one.

Are women carrying far more than anyone around them realizes. Trauma, including sexual abuse. Grief. Anxiety that never fully shuts off. Burnout from caregiving, chronic illness, or a life that keeps asking for more. You don't have to be in crisis to deserve support. Being tired of feeling this way is enough.

I was a caregiver during my mother's cancer, and then I lost her. I know what it is to have your life reorganize itself around something you never chose.
