Need someone to walk through hell with you and make sure you don't get distracted from the path out of rock bottom depression? I'll be there for you.
I help by giving you the coping skills to make positive transformations and get to a place where they are thriving and enjoy life. I specialize in a person-centered care approach that meets you where you're at without judgements.
Together we will talk through your issues with compassion and get you back on the path to your goals. I offer sessions later in the evening because I understand the importance of people's jobs. Send me a message if I sound like a good fit!
I specialize in working with people who have PTSD, depression, and anxiety. Half of my practice are disabled veterans (like me) who are referred by the VA or found me through other veterans.
I believe in the healing power of connections we make through conversation.
Late night appointments, telehealth across all of Colorado
I am currently also in a PhD program to become a counselor educator so my caseload is limited to 20 at the moment.
