I am an absolute nerd about trauma. I was the weird kid who began volunteering at a domestic violence shelter when I was 17. I was reading an annotating books on human trafficking in the back of my high school classes. I am so passionate about the science of healing, it's amazing, it's miraculous, and it's why I love this work and have for the past 12 years.

I do online therapy in Colorado, Virginia, and Alaska. I work with adult individuals with trauma and couples where one or both partners have trauma. I specialize in EMDR, CPT, Gottman Couples Therapy, Discernment Counseling, and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy.
