In our first session together, we'll review your intake paperwork and talk more about what brought you to therapy, what changes you'd like to see by engaging in therapy, and discuss any questions you might have. No stress, no pressure! We will go at your pace and you can share whatever you're most comfortable sharing.

I'm a natural helper and truly love my work. I know what it's like to struggle and to not want to burden anyone... and how lonely that can be. It can be so hard to find the light during difficult times. I'm dedicated to helping people feel and do better regardless of their circumstances.
