Q&A
Individuals I work with describe me as a therapist who allows them to present as themselves and is nonjudgemental and empathetic of their experiences.
I use an integrative approach to therapy which may include interventions from behavioral therapy modalities, mindfulness, expressive arts therapy, play therapy and person-centered therapy.
Approach your experiences and the therapy process as a team. I will support you along your journey as you navigate the happenings that are going on in your life and will provide you a safe, comfortable place to discuss these topics.
Are having difficulties coping with a variety of life's challenges including anxiety, depression, life transitions and trauma. I have specialized training in trauma work with people of all ages as well as training in different therapy modalities.
I thoroughly enjoy connecting with the individuals I work with and being a supportive person for them as they go through their mental health journey.
I offer therapy through a HIPAA compliant platform via telehealth. This allows me to offer services to anyone residing in Colorado.
I began this therapy practice with the mindset of using transparency and honesty with individuals in order to guide them on a path to personal growth. As a LPCC, I also continue to receive supervision to ensure I provide top-tier therapeutic care.
