My approach is rooted in an integrative and holistic lens, acknowledging the mind-body connection. Our work together may incorporate trauma-informed techniques, body-based practices, EMDR, parts work, and psychodynamic methods.
Together we will form a collaborative space where we can explore past experiences, increase self-connection, and gently release patterns that no longer serve us. I also draw from mindfulness and yoga to support grounding presence in each session.
I specialize in supporting women and young adults in self-discovery, building resilience, and navigating life transitions with a holistic, trauma-informed approach.
Stemming from personal experience engaging with these modalities, I wanted the opportunity to share this with others as well.
