My role is to support and guide you along your mental health journey. You set the pace and direction. I provide support, encouragement, structure, and feedback to help you reach your goals. In session, I am my authentic and personable self.
Develop your new skills and patterns of being, allowing you to live your desired life. We will do this through skills instruction and exploring your current and past experiences to understand better how to move forward successfully.
We all have learned to navigate our individual and complex personal, environmental, family, and social challenges as best as possible. While some skills may still work, therapy allows us to replace unhelpful skills/patterns with new and better ones.
