Mental health doesn’t fit into a box, neither does my approach. Every case is personalized and tailored to the unique needs of the person/family. I promote a more creative approach to treating mental health issues and behavioral concerns.

At New HOPE we believe in helping you restore the HOPE you may have lost through life's ups and downs. We will partner to come up with a plan that you are comfortable with to make the changes you desire for yourself, child, and or family.

I specialize in working with people who:

CHILDREN, ADOLESCENTS, & YOUNG ADULTS coping with behavioral issues, anxiety/depression, self regulation, learning disabilities, interpersonal and skills. She provides CAREGIVER training along with FAMILY therapy.

I became a therapist because:

I find that helping others create a sense of fulfillment without my own life. I am able to create meaningful connections where there is a dual benefit
