I use evidence-based strategies, including CBT and Motivational Interviewing, to help clients build insight, develop practical coping skills, and feel more empowered in their daily lives.

Together we will identify your goals, build insight into patterns that may be holding you back, and develop practical tools to support emotional balance and growth. We’ll work at a pace that feels right for you, focusing on strengthening coping skills, confidence, and resilience to help you navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity.

My clients describe me as warm, grounded, and easy to talk to. They often share that they feel understood, supported, and comfortable being themselves in our work together, and appreciate my collaborative, thoughtful approach to helping them navigate challenges and build practical coping skills.

I specialize in working with children, teens, young adults, and adults who are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally stuck and are seeking meaningful change. I support clients navigating anxiety, stress, emotional regulation challenges, trauma, family or relationship concerns, and life transitions.

I became a therapist because I’ve seen firsthand how impactful supportive, compassionate care can be during challenging seasons of life. That experience motivated me to pursue a career centered on helping others feel understood, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change.
