BIPOC men, women and adolescents experiencing trauma related realities, depression and anxiety. These difficulties causes internal turmoil, issues in relationships, disruptions in families and parenting, issues in daily functioning, work & school

I became a therapist because:

To bridge the gap in helping adults, young adults & adolescents achieve their version of greatness; and help create a different narrative in therapy.
