I specialize in working with people who:

are BIPOC women, men and adolescents experiencing trauma related realities, depression and anxiety. These difficulties causes internal turmoil, issues in relationships, disruptions in families and parenting, issues in daily functioning, work & school

I became a therapist because:

I wish I had access to therapy as an adolescent and understood the power of therapy as a young adult.
