I offer radically relational, affirming care for LGBTQIA+ folks, neurodivergent folks, and those practicing alternative sexuality/relationships. Relational psychodynamic therapy is collaborative and all about healing through connection. We'll disrupt the usual therapist/client dynamic, both of us showing up authentically to dig into the tough stuff together.

I'll work with you to create a warm, nonjudgmental space to explore how past and present "attachments" (relationships) affect you, dig into big feelings and questions, gently disrupt unhelpful patterns, and rewire your brain for healthy connection. You'll develop new mental blueprints for relationships, experiencing and experimenting with them in real-time.

I'm warm, down-to-earth, authentic, and ready to hold space for you as you heal and grow on your own terms. As a queer, neurodivergent, sex-positive, kink-allied therapist with years of experience as both therapist and client, I'm here as your collaborator and co-conspirator. I'm here for folks who live life outside the box and often struggle with feeling misunderstood, unseen, or having to validate or justify their experiences in mainstream therapy settings. I specialize in Gender, Sexual and Relationship Diversity (LGBTQIA+ and beyond), neurodivergence (ADHD, autistic, AuDHD, bipolar), and immigrants/the children of immigrants.

I grew up in CT in a low-income family, a queer, gender-confused kid with undiagnosed neurodivergence and an inclination toward alternative lifestyles. I quickly realized that the world was not built for people like me, and I was driven to change that—to make mental health care and education more affirming, accessible, and queer- and neurodivergent-friendly.

I've been in the business of helping people since 2010. As a clinical social worker and former sex educator, I've worked with wildly diverse communities in multiple cities, countries, and languages. I gained knowledge and skills along the way from intensive master's-level clinical training, hands-on learning, supervision, lived experience and my own therapy.
