My practice is called Fidanexa Counseling. The business name means 'trust' and 'connection', two things that are important for good therapy, as well as in life in general. You'll find that I will often keep these concerns in mind as we work together.

While a lot of therapists only offer treatment virtually, I offer therapy both in person, in Shelton, CT, as well as virtually by video and phone.
