Something about my approach I want you to know: I walk alongside people—especially moms—through life’s ups and downs. Whether it’s pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, adoption, menopause, parenting, caregiving, or the challenges of military life, I help you find strength, healing, and hope in the middle of change and uncertainty.

In our first sessions, my goal is for you to feel truly heard, understood, and supported. Together we’ll create a plan to help guide your healing and growth at a comfortable pace. We will explore the bigger picture of your well-being, with a focus on what matters most to you (without judgement). Therapy with me is warm and inviting, inclusive and safe.

Experienced, empathetic, and down-to-earth, I care for the whole person—mind, body, spirit, and the connections that shape us. With over 12 years of experience and a strengths-based approach, I’m passionate about helping people heal, grow, and achieve their goals while building hope and resilience.

I became a social worker more than 20 years ago, because I love helping people tap into their resilience and find hope in tough times. For the last 12 years I’ve worked with Veterans, and prior to that as a sexual assault counselor and advocate. As a mom of four mostly grown kids, I bring both experience and heart to the work I do every day.
