Emma Love

I help women and LGBTQ+ people quiet their anxiety, reconnect with their needs, and feel like themselves again. I am dedicated to creating a non-judgemental, affirming space for people navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, and trauma. I blend traditional talk therapy with somatic (body-based) approaches.

My approach is trauma-informed and collaborative, meaning we’ll decide together on the approach, goals, pacing, and frequency of sessions. Together we will build strong self-care skills and find a path towards living in alignment with who you truly are.

My clients would describe me as warm and conversational. I value authenticity and transparency. I am committed to creating a therapy experience that is empowering and acknowledges all of your unique parts.

I specialize in working with the LGBTQ+ community, as well as, people experiencing trauma, burnout, anxiety, depression, and neurodivergence.

By building a foundation of safety in the body first, we can move into deeper emotional work and honest exploration as we progress. I believe that using an integrative approach is not only helpful but essential to treating you as the whole person you are.
