I start sessions with psycho-education and emotional support, using mixed modalities to address your concerns. Beyond the office, I am deeply interested in the physiological side of mental health, specifically the gut-brain connection and how gut health impacts anxiety. My practice also explores transformative object theory to help clients understand their inner worlds. I aim to provide a space that is as intellectually grounded as it is compassionate.
