My approach is thoughtful and collaborative. As a psychiatric provider, I integrate medication management when appropriate, but I also look at the bigger picture of your lifestyle, workload, and expectations are impacting your mental health. I work with professionals but are feeling the effects of chronic stress or burnout, anxiety, and/or depression.

Together we will explore the symptoms you’re experiencing, understand their underlying causes, and assess how they’re affecting your daily functioning, while reviewing treatment options and working collaboratively to determine the approach that feels most supportive and appropriate for you.
