I am passionate about working with and empowering folks to heal from the hurt caused by the trauma they may have experienced and learn ways of building healthy relationships. In my practice I utilize EMDR and several other trauma informed modalities to assist clients in processing the scary, messy, and upsetting parts of their lives.

During our initial sessions, we will delve deeper into the present concerns and collaborate a plan for addressing them. I will provide you with psychoeducation and tools to address the most impactful stressors in your life
