Hi! I’m Alexis, and I am a licensed therapist in FL. I specialize in EMDR, solution-focused, and faith-based therapy. Using solution-focused and trauma-informed methods, I help you heal, grow, and walk away with tools to face life’s challenges with resilience through a holistic treatment plan. Together, we’ll address the root of trauma and grief, build emotional and communication skills, restore connection in relationships, and provide faith-based care when requested.
