Something to know about my approach is that I provide compassionate, collaborative care focused on the whole person. I work with women experiencing anxiety, depression, burnout, and hormonal mood concerns using CBT, ACT, supportive therapy, and thoughtful medication management when appropriate.

Together we will explore what you are experiencing, develop practical coping skills, and create a treatment plan that supports emotional balance, healing, and long term wellbeing.
