I'm passionate about working with adults who feel like their past is negatively affecting their present. I am skilled at treating individuals with childhood trauma as well as those who have experienced traumatic or stressful events in adulthood.

I find great meaning in helping others heal from their traumatic/stressful experiences, view themselves more compassionately, and become empowered.

My goal is to help you feel confident in your ability to cope with difficult emotions, build healthy relationships, and feel empowered in your life’s direction.
