Appear to be “doing fine” on the outside, but feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected on the inside. Many come to therapy feeling emotionally exhausted, stuck in unhelpful cycles, or frustrated that insight alone hasn’t led to change. My focus is on building awareness, practical skills, and accountability so progress feels both attainable and lasting.

I believe in the power of support and guidance. I am humbly aware that I did not get to where I am on my own, and I carry that gratitude into my work. I’ve watched people lose hope who were capable of living a purposeful life beyond what they could imagine; they just needed support to believe it. With the right guidance, meaningful growth is possible.

My therapeutic approach is integrative, as no one person is the same. I often utilize behavioral approaches to identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns, which helps develop emotional regulation, tolerance, and effective communication. Mindfulness and values-based strategies are incorporated to help you feel grounded and aligned with what matters most.
